Today is the day that I went to surgery to have my four wisdom teeth taken out. Fuck this! They are bleeding everywhere!

Recently I started to train reguarly again after a long break of martial arts. It's easy enough to fall out of something like this and hard to get back into it but it's insane when you commit.

I've decided to post some photos from the Western Australian National All Styles State Team trip to Sydney in Nov/Dec of 2007 to compete in the Go Kan Ryu Karate Australasian National Championships and the National All Styles 'X'Treme' Australasian Championships.


I ended up as the GKR Australasian Runner-up champion for kata and kumite of my division, having the compete with about 25 other finalists from all over Australia and New Zealand.
